XGIMI provides free shipping for all orders in Hong Kong and Macau (Not accept oversea transactions). Once we have received your order, we will process within 3-4 working days. You should receive our Shipment notification email with tracking number in short period of time when we have confirmed the payment.
In order to protect your interests, please provide your business or residential address when placing the order. SF Express self-pickup points are not accepted. If your order is classified as a high-risk order during the order placement or shipping process, we may wait until your identity will be confirmed before proceeding with the transaction details. We also reserve the right to process orders and send product procedures.
