If you would like to return and exchange our product, the product must be:
1. bought from Xgimi Hong Kong official site (https://www.xgimi-hk.com) AND
2. entitled to our warranty programme, we only provide exchange if you found damage upon receival. Please notify our customer service team through email (email@example.com) or Whatsapp (+852 9721 2879) within 7 calendar days (please refer to the Product Warranty Programme). Otherwise, the product may not be able to arrange an exchange. AND
3. still within warranty period (please refer to the Product Warranty Programme). And
4. still in its original condition, with the original invoice, packaging, tags, and all inner contents mentioned in the box/user guide, it may include but not limited to charging cable, user manual, accessories, etc.
Return cost will be borne by customer.
Please return the product in person to the location we offered.
Products can be returned only in the country/region in which they were originally purchased.
Failure of following any of the above terms may lead to longer process time or we may not be able to offer an exchange.
